Interior Designer I/II – Austin, TX

We’re seeking a talented Interior Designer I or II to join a dynamic and collaborative team in our Austin office . This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in Senior Living, Multi-Family, and Student Housing , with a focus on both technical excellence and thoughtful design.

What You'll Do:

• Support project teams from concept through construction
• Integrate interior design with architectural coordination, detailing, finishes, and furnishings
• Conduct product research, manage FF&A budgets, and coordinate installations
• Apply understanding of building and life safety codes throughout the design process
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a team of diverse professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
• 4–6 years of experience in an Interior Design or Architectural firm
• ArchiCAD or Revit proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with project types including Senior Living, Multi-Family, or Student Housing
• A motivated, proactive, and flexible team player with a passion for design
