Local Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant

$55-65K + 10% of food sales
At our pizzeria, we're more than just incredible pizzas. We are a family-owned establishment dedicated to delivering a rich, authentic Italian dining experience. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to join our team. This isn't your typical Head Chef role - we're offering the opportunity to truly make the position your own. We want you to build an innovative menu of elevated Italian dishes served exclusively from 4pm-8pm.
As the Head Chef, you'll have the creative freedom to craft a menu from scratch that reflects your unique culinary vision. From ideation to costing and sourcing, you'll take ownership of the entire process. We're seeking someone with proven experience in menu development, comprehensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a knack for sourcing high-quality ingredients from trusted vendors.

In this role, you'll reap the rewards of your hard work and creativity. In addition to a competitive salary range of $55-65K, you'll earn a bonus of 10% of food sales.
