Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Guard Rail & Fencing Foreman to lead and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fencing and guard rail projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, crew leadership, and project management to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate crews in the installation and repair of guard rail and fencing.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Operate and oversee the use of construction tools and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and management regarding project progress.
• Train and mentor team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fencing and guard rail installation.
• Leadership experience in a construction setting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
