Core Responsibilities

  • Be a key member of the Global Insights (GI) Business Partnering Team, collaborating with entities across the LEGO Group. Partner with stakeholders as the Business Partner for the Americas Market Group (AMS) and provide insights to support global and regional decision-making.
  • Participate in decision-making groups within relevant entities.
  • Inspire and influence decisions through objective, inquiry-based insights. Assist in shaping Go to Market strategies by delivering data analysis and insight narratives on key issues, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Focus on core business issues, connect multiple data sources for root cause analysis, and craft compelling storylines that are actionable for the AMS Market Group and global decision-making, including innovation and Go to Market processes.
  • Define the strategic direction for insights for key stakeholder groups within the AMS market.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Global Insights and ensure a holistic understanding of the value chain. Work closely with Insights managers and Data platform owners.

Global Insights (GI) is vital to the success of The LEGO Group, partnering with business units to enable insight-led decisions. We are consumer and shopper obsessed, aiming to deliver meaningful insights that enhance demand creation, drive commercial impact, and foster innovation. The team comprises Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, and Enablers. Business Partners focus on strategic relationships to drive commercial impact.

In this role, you will drive actionable insights, ask big questions, and support innovation and demand creation.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in consultancy, marketing, or insights functions, with a proven ability to translate insights into business results and market research understanding.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a talent for strategic storytelling.
  • Curious about consumer and shopper behaviors, with the ability to turn findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong collaborator, experienced in cross-functional work, ideally with experience in innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies, including vendor/retailer insights.
  • Strong business acumen and passion for integrating insights with business strategy.
  • Big-picture thinker, critical and courageous in constructive provocation.

Additional Details

  • Location: 1001 Boylston St., Boston, MA.
  • Work model: Hybrid, with approximately 3 days in-office per week.
  • Salary range: $124,000 – $187,000, based on responsibilities and experience. Final compensation and benefits will be communicated upon offer.
