Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. This challenging yet rewarding role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality management, particularly in properties catering to long-term guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and profitability goals.
  • Sales and Marketing: Implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing operations, achieving financial goals, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
