Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing fundraising campaigns and events for one-time donations, engaging with donors, and helping our organization meet its fundraising goals. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of fundraising best practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute fundraising strategies to meet financial targets.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential and existing donors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives and raise awareness.
• Track and report on fundraising progress and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors, answering inquiries and providing updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or canvassing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Benefits

Compensation: $25 per hour
