Lytx seeks a Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our field event presence in North America. In this high-impact role, you'll start by creating compelling event experiences and driving immediate pipeline impact, with the opportunity to scale the program in the future. You will craft detailed account-based marketing campaigns and create experiential moments with buyers to generate and accelerate qualified opportunities and maximize event ROI for the greatest revenue impact.
What You'll Do - Lead the strategic planning, execution, and tracking of field marketing programs, including in-person events, roadshows, partner events, virtual events, and hybrid events
- Partner closely with the sales team to develop and execute account-based field marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline
- Lead end-to-end event management, including budget, pre-event planning, day-of coordination, and post-event follow-up with emphasis on sales enablement
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry communities, partners, and vendors to expand market presence
- Analyze and report on the attainment of quarterly pipeline and revenue targets and event metrics, including post-event evaluations, analysis, and recommended optimizations
- Partner with product marketing, growth marketing, content, and creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals
- Continuously bring new, revenue-driving field event ideas to the table
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For - 7 years of marketing experience working closely with sales to deliver campaigns focused on driving pipeline, with 4+ years building and scaling field marketing programs
- Proven ability to build and accelerate pipeline through events, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience building account-based marketing campaigns that deliver real business results
- Demonstrated experience managing event budgets with a clear understanding of event ROI
- Analytical mind and data-driven approach to tracking and measuring field marketing outcomes
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Up to 40% travel
- Location: San Diego, CA; Framingham, MA; or Seattle, WA preferred

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$126,500.00 - $159,500.00
