• Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
• Guide staff to maintain accurate and timely completion of patient charts, fostering confidence and credibility among employees.
• Implement clinical protocols as directed by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
• Comply with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain knowledge of health information management.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, and wound care.
• Analyze patient histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Adhere to the Company’s Core Values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring a friendly work atmosphere.
• Consult with patients via virtual communication channels and demonstrate experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
