Position Details:
Type: Direct Hire, Part-Time (.8 FTE)
Hours: 32 hours/week (Monday - Thursday); 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Albany, New York (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 2 days remote/telehealth)
Competitive Salary: $92,000 - $147,004 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:
As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Occupational Health, you will provide comprehensive care to workers' compensation patients, specializing in Occupational Medicine, Musculoskeletal, and Orthopedic care. You will assess patients, develop tailored care plans, prescribe and evaluate interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and registration
NPI number and Medicare Enrollment (or eligibility to obtain within 6 months of hire)
National Certification through AANP or ANCC
Master's Degree in Nursing
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
A passion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on patient health
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Musculoskeletal, or Orthopedic care is highly preferred
