Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local private school in the Raleigh area recruit a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full time position working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Facilities Maintenance Technician will maintain campus buildings and equipment
• Technician will perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical/lighting, and security system needs
• Technician will maintain boilers, chillers, and swimming pool equipment
• Technician will troubleshoot vehicles and golf carts

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years facilities maintenance background
• Candidates must have strong knowledge of plumbing
• Candidates must have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Candidates must have knowledge of fire safety requirements
• Candidate must be proficient in using hand and power tools
• Must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
