Our client is looking for an EHS Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs and policies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This role requires a proactive approach to managing safety and health regulations, as well as handling workers' compensation claims efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and standards.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, including reporting, investigation, and resolution.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of warehouse operations.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, with specific expertise in DOT compliance, workers' compensation claims management, and warehouse safety.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement effective safety solutions.
• Proficiency in using EHS management software and tools.
