As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate , you will play a key role in planning and executing events that leave a lasting impression. This role is perfect for energetic , detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to grow in the event marketing industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing events to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients to understand their vision and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate event logistics including setup , breakdown , and on-site staff management .
  • Organize materials, resources, and supplies to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Provide hands-on support during events, including managing registrations , coordinating activities, and troubleshooting in real-time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure event requirements and timelines are met.
  • Collect and analyze event feedback , compile reports, and offer actionable insights for future events.
