Initial Communications is a dynamic marketing company that specializes in creating impactful events and campaigns for clients across industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our Orlando, FL team and support the planning and execution of various events.

Position Summary:
The Entry Level Events Assistant will assist in all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and coordinating company and client events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor communication.

• Support event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.

• Prepare and distribute event materials such as invitations, schedules, and promotional items.

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.

• Manage event-related administrative tasks such as maintaining budgets, timelines, and checklists.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
