Job Description

Our client, Acushnet Company/Titleist is seeking Embroidery Machine Operators and Support Associates to join their team. Working in the embroidery department, you will be part of the Titleist Golf manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn fast, be punctual and have the ability to work overtime.

Job Title: Embroidery Associates
Location: Lakeville, MA
Shifts: 1st Shift Mon - Fri 6am - 2:30pm + OT as required

Embroidery Machine Operators $20.40
Custom Gear Support Associate $19.38

What’s the Job? 
Embroidery Machine Operator:

• Must have experience working with Embroidery Machines and good computer skills
• Experience on 5 or 6 single head machines - Barudan Machines preferred!
• Perform standing cleaning / maintenance of machine
• Accurately follow work order instruction

Custom Gear Support Associate:

• Organize product receipts and consolidate PO's for the embroidery team 
• Review custom documentation and ensure all appropriate content is in place to support accurate and timely production
• Prepare necessary items for custom production; labels, laser plates, patches, etc.

• Must be able to work within a production and warehouse environment
• Successfully pass a background check & drug test
• Ability to follow direction and have a high standard of workmanship
• Be a team player work well to achieve common goal
