  • Oversee and manage daily inventory activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Utilize RightAngle (or equivalent software) to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast future inventory needs based on sales trends, seasonality, and other factors.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform regular audits of inventory records, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of physical inventory counts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inventory analysis role, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proficiency in RightAngle or equivalent inventory management software is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent numerical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
