Customer Support Agent (Dutch Speakers)

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Resolve issues related to the company's products or services with efficiency and clarity.

• Provide product information, troubleshoot basic problems, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.

• Continuously update your knowledge of company policies, products, and procedures.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English (B2 level) .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to stay calm and handle challenging customer interactions professionally.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
