Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Creative Writer with exceptional writing capabilities to join our team and help us craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:?Write and edit content for a variety of projects, including print, web, mobile, video, and social media.
• Copywriting:?Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for advertisements, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Corporate Communication:?Draft corporate communication statements, press releases, and internal communications.
• Company blog:?Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate new content ideas and ensure accuracy.
• Proofreading:?Review and edit content to ensure it is free of grammatical errors and adheres to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• You MUST be able to produce full text without the aid of a LLM (ChatGTP, etc.) – you can use LLM’s to augment your capabilities but NOT to replace your thinking.
• Experience:?Proven experience as a Creative Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Skills:?Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Creativity:?Ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into engaging content.
• Communication:?Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail:?High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time Management:?Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Education:?Bachelor ’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Additional Details:

• This position is in Downtown Houston, Texas 77002.
• The annual salary range is between $52,000 and $65,000 USD paid bi-weekly .
• Full Time Benefits: After completion of a probationary period, you will be eligible for full-time company benefits.
• This is an on-site role. We do not offer remote or hybrid working opportunities .
• The ideal candidate must be available to start with two weeks of acceptance date.
