Key Responsibilities: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Configure, develop and implement high-quality software solutions on the Salesforce platform focusing on Service Cloud. Write, test, and deploy APEX classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages. Design, implement, and support integrations with external systems like Jira, SAP, Amazon S3, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize the Salesforce platform for business needs. Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and document user stories. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce implementations. Develop documentation and best practices to support Salesforce operations. Actively engage in code reviews and adherence to coding standards. Train and mentor junior staff and users on Salesforce best practices. Assist with data migrations and Salesforce environment upgrades. Certinia/SFDC APEX Developer, Professional Services Opportunity Management, Service Bid Automation, Service Bid Approval Project Set up, Project Execution Resource (people) Management, Timecard Management, Project Billing, Revenue Recognition, Service Business Management, Service Forecasting (Cost/Revenue,) Salesforce Certified Developer and Service Cloud certifications are highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce APEX programming. Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration. Basic Qualifications: 3 years of work experience Salesforce APEX programming. Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration Minimum client visits Milford, OH required High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
