About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven  Catering Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of our buyout strategy. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue through private event sales, corporate partnerships, and exclusive venue bookings. Whether you’re an experienced individual professional or an agency, if you have a passion for connecting people through exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive buyouts and private event bookings, targeting high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and special occasion planners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality, corporate, and event planning sectors.
  • Design tailored proposals and packages for buyouts, reflecting the unique heritage and quality of Roscioli NYC.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure seamless delivery of events and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of NYC’s competitive dining and event landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage Event Coordinator Team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the hospitality, events, or luxury sectors.
  • A strong network of contacts within NYC’s corporate, hospitality, or event planning communities is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
