As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your primary mission? To provide compassionate daily nursing care and services tailored to each resident's unique needs, as outlined in their care plan. Shift Details:

• Part-time: 2 Days from 6 AM - 2 PM / 2 Days from 6 PM - 10 PM

Compensation:

• Wage: $18 - $20 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist with simple procedures under the supervision of a nurse, such as range of motion exercises and ambulation support.
• Provide personal care activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
• Perform household services essential to health care, like meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Encourage residents to engage in leisure activities and socialize with peers.
• Observe and document residents' health and emotional conditions, reporting changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergency pull cords.
• Promote safety and infection control practices within the facility.
• Assist residents with transportation to appointments and social programs.
• Help residents move safely in and out of beds, chairs, and other mobility aids.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Tactful communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience working with elderly and emotionally distressed individuals.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or a licensed Medication Assistant as per state laws.
• Preferred: 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings.
