What You'll Do: As a Contact Center Representative, you'll connect with members and deliver exceptional service:
- Educate members about financial solutions tailored to their needs.
- Assist with Online Services, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Handle a variety of calls, from basic questions to complex issues, with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure seamless service.
- Contribute to friendly competitions and team goals while celebrating department wins.
