Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with experience in commercial litigation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, excellent research and writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to take on meaningful responsibilities in all aspects of litigation.

  • Handle all stages of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and other court filings.
  • Manage client communications, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to clients’ goals.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys to support case management and trial preparation.
  • Stay informed of legal trends and developments relevant to commercial litigation.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial or business litigation.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with litigation technology, including eDiscovery platforms and case management software.
  • Prior experience with complex commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, and real estate litigation.
