Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with experience in commercial litigation to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, excellent research and writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to take on meaningful responsibilities in all aspects of litigation.

- Handle all stages of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and other court filings.
- Manage client communications, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to clients’ goals.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys to support case management and trial preparation.
- Stay informed of legal trends and developments relevant to commercial litigation.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial or business litigation.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with litigation technology, including eDiscovery platforms and case management software.
- Prior experience with complex commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, and real estate litigation.
