This position will be supporting the Customer Care division within a large automotive finance company. Day to day this person will work with a team to respond to regional requests for enhancing, adjusting, and documenting changes to the division's business processes. These requests will affect all teams within the customer care division. Thus, their work will be primarily be on a project to project basis and will require very strong communication skills. They will receive multiple request orders daily that vary in nature and solutions. To meet the project deadlines, this position requires collaboration within the team and between stakeholders. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be flexible when it comes to problem solving. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with lending terminology and some experience within the financial services industry to understand the perspectives of stakeholders. When needed, they will also be responsible for testing the changes as a potential end user to ensure the changes function as intended. The compensation for this role is $30-$33.33/hr.
