Responsibilities:
1. Analyze customer requirements and define BMS system solution for EV lithium-ion batteries;
2. Create internal system requirements and coordinate overall development activities including software, hardware, testing, etc.;
3. Support customer system/vehicle integration, testing, and troubleshooting for field issues;
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation including requirements, design specifications, and test reports;
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from battery pack development and project management to ensure seamless product development;
6. Maintain a good customer relationship and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields;
2. About 3 years of hands-on experience in BMS development, SW, HW or system integration.
3. Familiarity with battery technologies such as lithium-ion cells, battery modeling, and SOX estimation methods;
4. Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, or I2C;
5. Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 functional safety standards;
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including the ability to hold meetings and presentations;
8. Good teamwork abilities.
