WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?: RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Bartender / Server, these are the results you'll be hired to accomplish:
" ? Deliver 'Top Shelf' Drink Quality, Every Shift " ? Quickly Made Drinks " ? Deliver 'Good-Time' Hospitality at the Bar " ? Back-of-your-Hand Menu Guidance " ? Squeaky Clean & Organized Bar Areas PAY
The total compensation for this position will be between $23 - $45 per hour. We pay an industry-leading base wage of $15 / hour plus tips. Tips are based on your level of hospitality, shifts worked, and how busy we are - the busier, the better!
WORK SCHEDULE
This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of the restaurant. This position will regularly work the busiest shifts of the week, based on daily forecasted sales and special events; typically weekends. Evening shifts are most common, with occasional morning and midday shifts available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Here are some of our must-haves & would-like-to-haves:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant or bar
- Upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a Bartender role - a major plus!
- Must have current ServSafe Food Handler Certification and BASSET Certifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Physically able to stand, walk, and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays
- For full-time positions, must have open availability
- Interest in food, cocktails, and hospitality trends - a major plus!
- Familiarity with Toast & SevenRooms - a plus!
