Barista/To Go Server- Earn up to $600-$680 per week!

WHAT OUR BARISTA/TO-GO SERVERS DO:

• Prepare and serve specialty hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
• Warm and plate dessert items
• Take orders from guests for food and/or beverages
• Speak to and interact with guests and co-workers
• Provide exceptional hospitality
• Collect payments from guests
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
• Work with the Culinary and Management team to fulfill and box orders to prepare for delivery and pickup
• Validate each order for accuracy and quality
• Use technology to communicate with guests when they pick up curbside orders
• Ensure delivery orders are complete before they leave the building
• Proactively communicate with management regarding customer order satisfaction
• Adhere to Food Safety protocol
• Are punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining and set tables for next guests
• Other important tasks, as assigned, that keep all our guest operations humming

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A BARISTA/TO-GO SERVER :

• One year of experience in a full-service restaurant or coffee shop preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full-service restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol
• Ability to create a hospitable environment for both guests and staff
• Desire to work with innovative food service applications (apps)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedicated to learning our menu and operations
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
• Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms
• Can commit to being punctual and reliable

Founding Farmers is currently looking for a talented Barista/To Go Service team member. The successful candidate will prepare quality beverages and serve our guests in accordance with company standards. The Barista/To Go team member is a hospitality professional who is warm, genuine, and engaging as well as efficient and accurate to ensure an extraordinary experience for all our guests. In between serving our guests beverages, this position will also be responsible for packing guest orders, ensuring guest order accuracy and quality prior to delivery or pick up, loading guest vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and willingness to learn.
