What We Need:

• A valid PA cosmetology or barber license
• A minimum of four years’ experience in barbering (preferred)
• A team-oriented mindset with a professional, polished demeanor
• A commitment to continuous learning and excellence in your craft
• Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring each client’s satisfaction
• Adherence to high sanitation and cleanliness standards

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s needs
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon
• Stay current on industry trends and techniques to ensure our services remain exemplary
• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Contribute to a welcoming and sophisticated client environment that reflects our brand’s high standards

Location:

15 West Ave., Wayne, PA 19087 – conveniently located near key cultural and business centers.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position available
• Structured 8-hour shifts offered for both day and night schedules
