Job Summary As a Banquet Chef, you will create extraordinary dining experiences by leading and overseeing all banquet culinary operations at the American Airlines Center. You will ensure every dish meets our high standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency, managing the kitchen team to achieve excellence for events of all sizes. Key Responsibilities: Lead culinary operations for all banquet events, ensuring quality and consistency Develop and maintain banquet menus in alignment with brand standards Coordinate with event planners to meet guest expectations and unique needs Ensures the kitchen team has the necessary equipment and supplies Contributes to sales growth through product selection, execution, pricing and creative development Achieves purchasing, scheduling and culinary standards Achieves all assigned cost goals Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale Additional responsibilities, as needed Supporting other Levy locations, as needed Job Requirements: 3+ years of minimum experience as a Banquet Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role A culinary degree is preferred High level of computer literacy Understanding of financial concepts Proficiency in kitchen equipment, inventory management, and cost control Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Curious about Life at Levy?
