Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer and service department demands.
• Supervise, train, and mentor parts department staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of product knowledge.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Monitor and analyze parts department performance, including sales and gross profit, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized department, including storage areas and display sections.

Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license.
