Job Description

We are seeking experienced attorneys to join and enhance our Litigation Practice Group. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals while expanding our firms capabilities in various areas of litigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supplement and strengthen our existing Litigation Practice Group with your expertise and experience.

* Provide legal services in areas such as:

* GENERAL LITIGATION: Handling a broad range of disputes, including business, contract, and civil matters.
* COMMERCIAL LITIGATION: Representing clients in complex business disputes, including contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and corporate governance issues.
* ORPHANS COURT LITIGATION: Focusing on probate and estate-related disputes, including will contests, guardianships, and fiduciary disputes.
* Other complementary areas that align with our firms capabilities and strategic goals.

* Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
* Participate actively in business development and marketing efforts to promote the firms litigation services.
* Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and advocacy.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active state bar membership in good standing.
* A minimum of [X years] of experience in litigation, with expertise in at least one or more core areas (e.g., general litigation, commercial litigation, orphans court litigation).
* Proven ability to manage complex cases and effectively represent clients in litigation settings.
