Job Title: Assembly Line Worker
Location: Macomb, MI
Position Overview: Raizan Solutions is hiring for a client in Macomb, MI for a Direct Hire Assembly Line Worker position. We are seeking skilled professionals with 3-5 years of experience in assembly line work within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks following production guidelines and safety protocols.
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical documents.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Identify and report any mechanical or production issues.
Must-Have Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in an assembly line or manufacturing role.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints or work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
