Job Title: Area General Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: New Orleans

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area General Manager to oversee the daily operations of four hotels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing hotels and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of hotels operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services

- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue

- Manage and motivate staff to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability

- Ensure compliance with all hotels policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community

- Prepare and present reports to senior management on all hotels performance and financials

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to hotel operations
