Position Overview: The Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Sage software, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain financial integrity. Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM, 1 day remote and rest in office after 90 days. Pay Rate: $50,000-$60,000 Type: Direct Hire Role! Benefits: Health Benefits, Pension Benefits, and Annuity Benefits Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist Job Description: Accounts Receivable & Payable:

• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare refunds, adjustments, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

General Accounting Support:

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline transactions.
• Assist with additional accounting-related tasks as needed.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialis t Job Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
