A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTING CLERK In this position, you are vital to the operations of our dealership. You manage a variety of administrative duties. Always attentive to detail, you break down car deals to verify that our documents are in compliance. If anything is off, you reach out to the proper channels to solve the problem. You scan documents and keep everything organized within our systems. When deals are complete and verified, you send them to the South Carolina DMV to be processed. Additionally, you manage a variety of billing tasks. You take great satisfaction from successfully managing and finalizing our deals!
Other job duties include but are not limited to:
- Breaking car deals down to audit and verifying that all documents are in compliance
- Scanning deals
- Filing
- Other clerical duties at times
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTING CLERK - Driver's license and a good driving record
- Math skills
No experience is necessary because we will train the right person! Are you organized and detail-oriented? Do you work well independently and as part of a team? Can you manage a variety of tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this administrative position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ACCOUNTING CLERK This clerical position is
full-time and typically works
10 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday .
